Kids and work from home

I have a baby daughter and work from home. It is great but not always so easy. Anyone else in this situation?

I have kids, I report to an office and still work at home sometimes when there are projects. It's hard sometimes especially if you have work and the kids have assignments or have exams coming up. I just need to sacrifice some things sometimes like give up some projects so I can help my kids.
