How often do you get new

On average, how often do you get new computers in your office or are you using older model computers?

Mostly older ones for me. Quite often the stuff I'm fixing is newer than my own equipment. My company uses the "keep them running until they drop" method, and also makes it as difficult as possible to get new machines, even then those only go to the senior management.
I have been able to quietly upgrade my terminal without anyone noticing though
