Vonage is JUNK!!!

I have had the hardest time with vonage. It is so annoying that you can only use it when your internet is up and running. When you hear of the free long distance deal then you think you can over look any minor issues like that but, take my advice, it is really annoying. I am always fearful that one of these days I will really need the phone and the internet will be down. tough luck.

I am sorry to hear you are having problems. I have some friends who recently changed over to Vonage, and are loving it.

The price is great. I have since cancelled the service and went back to my old phone company but I do miss the free long distance.

As I posted elsewhere, I went with a cellphone plan that has unlimited long distance included. It's easier and much much cheaper in the long run.
