Default Multiline phone experiences

Hi everyone. So I guess I'll get things started here. What experience have folks had with digital multiline phones in a business environment. I personally have worked with Siemens phone switches and voicemail products, as well as Siemens Opti phones and the older ROLM phones. I do remote software work on Siemens switches for major US and international customers.

I've worked with the Siemens products and found them really great. As far as I'm concerned, it's an ideal solution.

I like Siemens products, too. I really have never had any problems with their products.

I've got a Hicom, and had it for about 5 years now. Works great for me.

We use a Polycom with VOIP, it seems to work for us pretty well. It's nice in that if you unplug the phone and plug it in elsewhere, it remembers your extension and information and doesn't need to be reset.

That would be useful! I get so tired of having to reset everything each time. This would a real time saver too.

Yeah, it is. It gives you flexibility and when we're dealing with our own customers, we can't afford to be out of contact for too long.

How is it on repairs and downtime? I get SO tired of machines that spend more time being worked on than we do using them.
