I think it helps to remember that your energy levels fluctuate, and that is natural. Try keeping track of what is going on when you feel this way. It might give you some insights on how to cope!

I have to be very conscious about energy levels. I have fibromyalgia, so I generally have to do my work at home when I can, and cut myself some slack when I just can't.
