Just saw this in the news, are your printers in a well ventilated area?
http://www.healthcarerepublic.com/ne...ed-cancer-CVD/ Toner particles can be very fine and once inside the lungs could theoretically cause damage. I always wear a mask when working on printers for extended periods. Given the way toner works I can't see an easy solution since printers cannot be made airtight and toner is the #1 print method. |

![]() Seriously though, they haven't yet done enough research to find the extent of the health risk, this is just a heads up. If you suspect that your printer might cause a hazard then contact your Health and safety rep and let them do the background info search. |
