Timesheeting software keeps track of staff

New software released today allows call centre managers to keep tabs on staff.
Call centre software provider Infinity CCS has released a new ‘Timesheeting’ program to help managers keep track of staff.
The stand-alone Timesheeting had previously only been available as part of Infinity’s application Suite. It allows call centre managers to keep track of staff hours, wage costs, and sales made.
Timesheeting records actual hours worked, and bonuses earned. Once the recorded hours are verified by a supervisor, they are automatically exported to the payroll system.
This means that staff can be paid quickly and accurately.
The programme is built on the Microsoft SQL database and works with manual, paper-based or spreadsheet forms.
