Impending Legal Battele For Scrabulous Application?

A very popular application on the social network Facebook.com, might be the impending source of a legal battle between Facebook.com and Hasbro or Mattel.
The popular application is called Scrabulous, and is used by at least 600,000 people per day on the social networking site. However, Hasbro based in the United States, feels that the Scrabulous application infringes on their copyrights.
Scrabulous is thought to be an application made with similarity to the board game Scrabble, owned by Hasbro (US & Canada) or Mattel (Worldwide). Hasbro and Mattel have stated they have already sent a written letter to Facebook demanding the Scrabulous application be remoced, but Facebook has yet to respond.
